ACTIVITIES CALENDAR
JULY – RED, WHITE, AND BALOO:
Peach sales fundraiser. Take orders last 2 weeks of July, orders MUST be turned in to Tony with all money no later than July 31. flyer with prices and description to follow. No late orders will be accepted.
15, 7:00 AM - ?? Pack wide garage sale at church. Bring any items you wish to donate to the church on Friday evening. Contact Angie to sign up to help work.
25 – 28, Day Camp 9:00 – 3:00 at Billard Park
AUGUST – SCOUT IT OUT:
12, 5:00 PM. Pack cook out and fishing derby/ Lake Shawnee JR. Hot dog dinner, fishing contest. Prize for biggest fish, most fish, smallest fish.
20, 4:00 PM leaders meeting at Tony’s house.
31, Race to Scouting kick off.
SEPTEMBER - ZOO ADVENTURES:
8, 6:00 – Dark. Pack carnival church west parking lot. Each den is responsible for having 2 games, volunteers to work the game, and prizes.
18, 6:00 Planning meeting for all parents. Parlor on 2nd floor of the church.
25, 7:00 PACK MEETING. All family members invited, parents are required to attend with their son.
OCTOBER - CUB SCOUT SHIPBUILDERS:
1, POPCORN SALES BEGIN
16, 6:00 Planning meeting for all parents. Parlor on 2nd floor of the church.
21 – 22, CAMP OUT Leopold Conservation Area, Lake Perry. Raingutter Regatta, campfire and more. Directions will be available at den meetings.
NO PACK MEETING AT THE CHURCH THIS MONTH.

NOVEMBER - CUBS IN SHINING ARMOR:
11, Veterans Day

25, 6:00 – 9:00 Miracle On Kansas Ave Parade
27, 7:00 PACK MEETING. All family members invited, parents are required to attend with their son.
DECEMBER - CUB SCOUT STARS:
11, 6:00 Planning meeting for all parents. Parlor on 2nd floor of the church
16, 1:00 – 4:00 Caroling at area nursing homes
18, 7:00 PACK MEETING. All family members invited, parents are required to attend with their son.
JANUARY - POLES APART:
15, 6:00 Planning meeting for all parents. Parlor on 2nd floor of the church
20, 9:00 – 12:00 PINEWOOD DERBY 9:00 registration, 10:00 first race.
22, Pack meeting tentatively scheduled for this date will depend upon parental involvement. No parents helping out, No pack meeting.
26 – 27, Klondike Derby, Webelos I, II only.
FEBRUARY - ALOHA CUB SCOUTS:
4, Scout Sunday. Wear your uniform to your church and participate in the service if you are able.
11, Scout Sunday observed at OUMC. All scouts are expected to attend 10:30 service in uniform.
19, 6:00 Planning meeting for all parents. Parlor on 2nd floor of the church
24, BLUE AND GOLD DINNER AND AWARDS CEREMONY all family members are welcome to attend. This is the most important day of the year in Cub Scouts. Plan now to attend. This is the pack meeting for this month.
MARCH - BALOO SKIES:
10 – 11, 7:00 PM TO 7:00 AM. Cub Scout All Nighter Washburn’s Lee Arena

19 – 20, Pack camp out and campfire crossover ceremonies. Each boy is formally graduated from his current den into his den for next year. You don’t want to miss this one!
